Annie is a 2.5-year-old Dalmatian/Pit mix we adopted from the San Diego Department of Animal Services Bonita Shelter. She was surrendered there by her owners who felt they couldn’t provide the life she deserved. She is sweet and gentle, loves to smile, and enjoys training with our team. Annie’s adoption, care, housing, training, and future match with a veteran through our program was generously sponsored by the Matsuri Foundation and the Seven Woods Foundation.
Annie graduated with her US Navy veteran handler Shawn in November 2021! Shawn shares that she brings a smile to his face and provides great comfort in his day-to-day life. They have been side by side since graduating and are a great team.
