Dog Tales: Meet Dante
Meet Dante, a handsome and sweet 2 1/2 year old Pitbull Mix the Shelter to Soldier team adopted from Wags & Walks Rescue in Los Angeles.
Prior to his friends at Wags bringing him into their care, he was at the Victor Valley Animal Protection League. Though we aren’t sure how he got there, we do know everyone took great care of him and kept telling him how special he was. They told him something great was coming and that he deserved the best life. We are happy to say they were right!
The Shelter to Soldier family saw his amazing potential and his tail now wags all day!! He gets lots of treats, pets and has a really cool and special job! Dante will get to help someone and change their life for the better! He is doing well in training school, and is now “speed dating” eligible veterans who are looking for a best friend and service dog just like him!
