Join Happy Campers from all over San Diego at the O’Brien Gate as they kick-off opening day of the 2023 San Diego County Fair with fanfare. Let’s “Get Out There” and enjoy 22 days of summer fun at the Fair! We’ll kick off the season with a very special performance by the Hilltop High School Emerald Effect Band and Color Guard.
